It doesn't matter if you have five pounds to lose or fifty, you can still feel good about the person you are and the hard work you're putting toward your health! Confidence sometimes has to come from 'faking it till you make it' .... and if that means you pretend you're a beachbodied minx until you get there, so be it.     Mad props for having the balls to put yourself out there. Personally, even at my lowest weight, extra skin made me uncomfortable with the idea of bikinis.

    Please read what the OP wrote. She never once said anything about thin women not being "real." In fact, she encouraged all of us to be brave and confident whether we are thin or heavy.
