    Baked Cheddar and Sour Cream chips, all natural peanut butter with honey and pretzels and non fat plain greek yogurt with a sliced pear or apple with toasted flax seed and honey.

    Fiber One 90 calorie brownies. They taste amazing and I eat one at night to finish my day with a scrumptious chocolate brownie. mmmm I'm going to eat one now ;)

    try the Trader Joe's Brownie with Oat- 120 cal's but SOOO much better. (less fiber I think)
  • I didn't eat much seafood, or cooked greens (spinach, kale, chard) before, but they are staples now.
