I eat the same breakfast M-F(switching between oatmeal or cream of wheat but usually oatmeal). Then on the weekend I try to switch it up.0

My meals on work days pretty much don't vary.
- Some kind of bagel sandwich in the morning (usually turkey and a slice of cheese)
- Some kind of sandwich for lunch (usually turkey and a slice of cheese again)
- A small container of whatever was for dinner last night -OR- A small cup of cottage cheese
- A bottle of green tea
- Occasionally a little goody if we have some nice granola bars or something.
- If dinner isn't made, can-o-soup it is.
Only real variety is if I buy a different kind of lunch meat or cheese, swap out the meat and cheese for peanut butter and a bit of jam, or like this week that I killed off the last of the carton of eggs to make some light egg salad. Nom.
It's quick and brainless to throw together at dark-thirty at night when I'm making my lunch for work, and I know it fills me up enough. Dinner and days off are when I switch it up a bit and explore!0
