Thanks to the shoulder press in body pump I have some lovely chest muscles and very pert boobs0 -
After nursing 5 children I have now given up on perky ones. I figure biguns, alnaturalis, will have to do it. lol Seriously anyway after nursing 5 kids I rock anyway! lol0

I have always done upper body strength training .. I am 38 yrs old and I have had three children .. Apart from when I was actually preggers my boobs have never changed cup size nor have they headed south ... ( yet ) Haha ..maybe it's genetic but I do think the strength training has helped0

just adding my 2 cents
you should do weight lifting to make mussels under your boobs stronger and bigger
but also use some firming lotion to make skin more flexible, and more firm
you have 45 kg to lose, that's a lot of unnecessary skin, and if you don't take care of it not only boobs but even belly may become saggy... (that is what happened to my belly)0 -

I really think if you nurses babies it can be not so pretty after you lose weight.... some of my friends who have lost weight didn't breastfeed and they seem to have better results than the ones that did.
I should be tripping over mine by the time I am done bahahahahahaha, I nursed 3 kids0 -

the one or two things I don't want to lose is my boobs, and I notice that I have had to move the back to next row or my straps start falling off my shoulder :sad:0
