Never realized the problem aspergus can cause with urine smell. Am glad that I don't have a very well-developed sense of smell! :laugh:0

How do you roast it? In the oven? How high? I'm new to roasting veggies but everyone I know who roasts them says they are deeelish!0

Baste with EVOO, minced garlic, and sea salt; Roast at 400 for 15 minutes or until desired crispiness. This is our favorite way to do all our veggies!0

I like to add it to pasta with goat cheese (not the pre-crumbled kind). I just chop it up and add it to the salted pasta water for like the last 3-4 minutes of boiling, and it's perfectly blanched, but you could leave it in longer if you want it to be softer. Drain, and add goat cheese, it will melt and be creamy and delicious.0

Asparagus has the best texture. I sautee mine with OO and garlic to where it's still crunchy. I like the stringy originality of asparagus. Yum.0
