Almost exactly as I make it- although I add a couple of cups of water, a chicken boullion cube, diced carrots, celery, and 2 cups of frozen mixed veggies, and a can of campbells cream of mushroom soup at the end- nice and creamy, and ohhhh so good!0

I'd bet you could drop a laughing cow cheese in there too for some added cheese flavor...love those things, i've made low cal alfredo like sauce with the laughing cow wedges and a lil' unsweetened almond milk...0
