My ginger-ness is fading...us half gingers aren't likely to pass on the ginger gene. Lucky though, my uncle and his red headed wife just had two lil gingers.

She's gorgeous and she's lucky her parents let her wear red. My mom would never let me wear red or pink when I was a kid because she said redheads don't look good in red or pink. I rebelled when I had a redheaded daughter and let her wear red and pink all the time. :bigsmile:

I refuse to put my redhead lil gal in red or yellow! Pink, yes! Her tap costume from last year was red...***cringe***

I don't look too bad in red...but yellow and pink are my mortal color enemies...

I wear red all the time, the only colors i can't do is pale pinks and corals and that is because my skin has too much pink under tones... (that's the German in me)

this is funny. Me & my 3 sisters all have red hair. So do 11 of my cousins. But our parents don't have red hair. My 2 children have light brown hair. Hoping my 3rd baby is a redhead!

My daughter, brother, and cousin are redheads. DH's has several cousins who are redheads. Last school year there were 5 redheads in my daughter's class and I see redheaded kids all the time. I think in my neck of the woods, we have a overabundance of redheads. Which is a good thing. I love 'em.

I am a redhead who desperately didn't want redheaded children. I was lucky - 1 brunette, 2 blondes. I hated it as a kid although I'm quite partail to it as a 40 year old.

Family of reds here! I am not, but I did my part by marrying a red head and having a red headed daughter. My husbands brother, mom, dad, and grandma are all red heads and so his is brothers daughter
