Cannot believe I am sharing this, but here goes
H - 5'3"
W - 187
PS - 14 (almost to a 12!)
My goal: I am not sure. This is the smallest I've been since high school, and I don't know where my body should be. I am thinking I would look good as a size 8 / 10 and around 165 lbs, but I guess I'll see when I get there!0 -

i'm 5'6" weigh 145lbs and i wear a size 10.
my goal and happy weight is 135 .. I'm not sure what size I'd like to be.. I just know I like what my body looks like between 130-135 .. I haven't really worked out as hard as I've been doing in the past month so I'm excited to see what my body will be like at a lower weight working out. It would be a dream to get into the 120s but we shall see0 -

i have gone from a size 20 in pants, shirts and dresses to a size 12 in shirts and dresses, 16 in pants (aus size) aiming for an 8.0 -

Dress size: 4
Shirt size: S or XS (or around a 4 if it's by number, unless it's a button-up... the girls are still out in full force)
Body fat: somewhere around 23% - possibly a little lower since I've done quite a bit of strength training over the past couple of months, but that's still a good guesstimate.
Goal: Just stronger with more lean muscle. I am far past my goal weight and size, and have a healthy body fat %, but that last area is the only one I might like to improve just a bit more.0
