Shirt size: S or XS (or around a 4 if it's by number, unless it's a button-up... the girls are still out in full force)
Body fat: somewhere around 23% - possibly a little lower since I've done quite a bit of strength training over the past couple of months, but that's still a good guesstimate.
Goal: Just stronger with more lean muscle. I am far past my goal weight and size, and have a healthy body fat %, but that last area is the only one I might like to improve just a bit more.0 -

I've NEVER been small. I bought a pair of size 16 jeans for my freshman year of high school. I'm wearing 22's because I refuse to go up in size. I've lost 10 lbs so far and tomorrow I weigh in to see if I've reached my first goal of 280.

My goal: I am not sure. This is the smallest I've been since high school, and I don't know where my body should be. I am thinking I would look good as a size 8 / 10 and around 165 lbs, but I guess I'll see when I get there!

In high school I wore 12-14. As some point in college, I got a little smaller: 12. My goals are a little aggressive as that would put me somewhere in the neighborhood of my size in middle school but I was done with puberty by then anyway. (gasp!)

100 pushup challenge with full pushups
These are as important as the size goal. I don't care about running so I don't have any goals like that on the list. Maybe if I am really bored I'll decide to run a 5K. I've walked lots of 10ks at my current size so it isn't on my radar really.0 -
