These before and after photos are great! I didn't do that but I think I am going to do the same even though I lost 15lbs, I still have a long way to go! Congratulations to all! Keep up the good work. You are an inspiration to many of us out there who may still be struggling a bit. :flowerforyou:0

I started at 96kilos to 100kg and from May 2011 i am eating better and working out.
Currently i am 78 kg.
The lowest reading i got from the scales was 76,4 but i seem to have lost a bit of my motivation and i have gained a bt.
I am starting the 30day shred today or tommorow plus i am on week 4 on the c25k

WOWee!!! This is so inspiring to me the newbie...wow such great success how exciting!!! Good going everyone! I hope I can join you in the success category...I have struggled for years to lose and can not figure out what I am doing wrong but I hope this site will help. I'm 5'8"...
Here I am, in Feb 2004, weighing in at about 225 lbs:
(I weighed 142 lbs by Feb 2005 for my beach wedding in Mexico)
-had my son April 2008 & weighed 232 at 9 mos pregnant
-had my daughter July 2010 & weighed 211 at 9 mos pregnant
Here I am, 2 kids later, at about 157 (July 2011):
And here I am at 144 lbs and just starting month #2 of Insanity (Feb 8 2012):

You look amazing! I am just starting out my journey! I noticed we had the same goals! Im losing weight and I eat well, sometimes it says I am not eating enough calories but in reality I am not hungry I eat enough food to feel full and I never am starving myself. Has this happened to you and did it affect your weight loss?
I wasn't eating enough before, and it sound silly, but now i make myself eat 5 times a day and i NEVER skip breakfast. I also watch out for the sodium and i drink a LOT of water! You can do it:)0 -

However, I am not done yet:) I'm about half way through. I went from 246.5 to 210.4 and I still want to loose at least 30 lbs, it seems so far away! I would love to see/hear success stories from people with my height, and how they got there! I do Zumba at least three times a week, I actually eat more than I used to because I wasn't eating enough, and I drink a lot of water.

I'm 5'8", started at 318, but had already lost 27 when the first pic was taken. Second pic is me after losing 101 lbs.
This is a side view I took after someone told me to stop dressing like a fat girl! Still have about 50 more lbs I want to lose.

its been so long..I just opened a new account..have to dig up some before shots

Right now Im around 133...want to loose a few I put back on but more importantly gain some muscle back
