5'10'' whats your goal weight???

I'm 22 - 5'10'' and 155 pounds as of today...just wondering what your goal weight is if you are simular to my height :smile:

    im 5' 10" and my goal weight is 175lbs . i started at 233 and im currently at 198. weighing every monday morning.

    I'm a little over 5'10" and weigh about the same as you do. My goal is 140. But more so, I want to look and feel good wearing a bikini. I'm hoping 140 is that magic number.

    I am 5'11 and my temporary goal is 165 lbs I wanna see how I look then and then lose a bit more.

    I am also 5'10 and started out at where you are. I am shooting for 140 but would mostly like to just start toning! I'm also 37 so a little older:smile:

    My goal was always to get healthy so the weight is immaterial, but my original goal weight was 180. I passed that and decided to make it 174 (top of a "normal" BMI). As of this morning, I am 165 but I have a lot of lean muscle and a very healthy body fat - it was 23% last time I checked, but that was before I took up strength training.

    The dress in my picture is a Size 4, so I really don't want to get smaller, just stronger.

    So my goal is healthy and strong - I'd be happy if the scale didn't go down anymore, but I don't really care whether it goes up or down at this point.

    I am 5ft 11in and have been told by my doctor that my weight should be 12st 10lbs but my trainer says its 13st but what I have done is go for the trainers setting then if I can lower it I will but its not easy to give a proper weight for your age and hight as they all have different views, hope this might be of help to you

    I am also 5'10" and I set my target at 153, but will be happy between 145-165. I will see when I get there, how I look and feel.

    I'm 5'1" 163 lbs as of right now. When I joined MFP I weighed 171lbs, so I'm doing good! My BMI states I should be around 125lbs, but I don't care what my actual number is as long as I can go from a current size 13 down to a 10 or even possibly an 8 :)

    my goal is 163... About a size 6 but I'm 31 a mommy and a wife and I dont think my husband would appreciate me being any smaller than that...lol

    5"10" 26 years old and shooting for 150. I've been there before and that is where I like me at!

    Edited to say: I have a very muscular physique so at 150, I look perfect. I sill have my booty and I am happy with the muscles I have and the size I am.

    I'm 5'10" and currently at 168, goal is 155. Apparently 155lb is slap bang in the middle of a health BMI for 5'10", so that is what I'm aiming for, but I feel that I will need to lose alot more than 13lb to be my 'ideal'. We'll see when I get there! I am aiming to get there by mid May, I get married 12th May :)

    5'10". Started my weight loss journey pre-mfp at 218 lbs and now I am down to 166 lbs. Ultimately I'd like to get into the 150's if it's at all possible with the level of strength training I've begun to do. Have decided I'd rather lose inches than weight :)

    I'm 5'10'' and am curently 170. My goal is 150. I have been there before and wore a size 9/10 then. That was the weight that I felt my best at. I'd also like to be more fit and toned.

    I'm 5'10" and my goal weight is 155lbs. For my frame - that makes me a size 6. I'm currently 230 and really looking forward to getting my old body back! When I was younger, my ideal weight was 140lbs. But, I think that's too thin for me now...I'm 47.

    I'm a smidge over 5'11", and last weight in I was 152.9. I'd like to get down to 140, but I think that is too thin, we'll see when I get down to 145. I have a large frame, so there is definitely a difference between me at 150 and my friend at 150, same height, but a tiny frame.

    If anyone wants to add me, feel free :) I like being tall, but I hate the astonished looks I get when I say I weigh "such and such", because it's "so high! but you look good!" Hrmph.

    It's interesting to see the differences here! I'm also 5'10'' and my current goal is 175, at that weight I'd be a comfy size 10/8, if I got down to 140 I'd look anorexic. lol
