Thank you for all of your comments, they were very helpful! I do need to increase my calories and eat more fruits and veggies. Coming from someone who ate whatever they wanted for many years and TONS of it, it was difficult at first to get into a routine of trying to eat healthier AND lower my portions tremendously. I may have lowered it too much and now am full faster. Will take the advice and add more food and try really hard to eat when I get up (that's tough for me, usually wait until I get to work and eat oatmeal somewhere around 10 am). I do log all of my drinks, I only drink water now and coffee. My bloodwork recently came back ok, so shouldn't be any issues. Thanks again :-).0
