    I am 5 ft 3.25. I thought i was 5'4" all my life and found out the 3.25 reality a couple of years ago. Thank goodness for Petite and Short cut in clothes! (it is just too bad my MIND thinks I am a 6" tall male as far as desired calories IN is concerned (and not the 43 year old short female that I am).

    I was 263#, got down to about 156# regained to 180# and am now going for 150 (for now as I have at least 10# of "redundant" skin according to my Dr). When I get there I will see if lower is realistic for me as I have muscle AND have always been heavier than people thought. So I am thinking 140# at the least even though that is on the high end for my height I just do not see myself at 120 or anything lik that as my face would look too thin by then (but it would be nice to be belly and saddle bag free).
