    55 yrs old & 5'2and 3/4...At one time in my life I was 5'3 but because I didn't have a good calcium regiment I lost 1/4 of an inch. Ladies if you are menopausal or para-menopausal please discuss a calcium regiment with your physician.

    I am 5' 2" and startiong weight 248.75 pounds. I am 58 years young so not quite the same as the rest of you. I lost 2" from spinal surgeries over the years! Wish everyone here the best of luck and steady losing!
