    it takes a while to make this huge lifestyle change- don't beat yourself up onver little setbacks. There is nothing worng with going out and falling off the wagon a bit, as long you get back on!

    Always remember, you dind't put the weight on in two weeks, so you cna't take it off in two weeks either!
