    i have one around my ankle. It is like a ankle bracelet with the charms as my kids initials.
    it was the worse pain ever there!!! Thinking about another for the inside of my wrist.

    hehe I got my second a week after getting my first, mine are on my arms at the moment, but would love a back piece and some on my legs, just want to lose the fat and tone them up a bit more first
