    For the love handles question - I just ran on the ellipticals a lot, did some strength training (light weight lifting) and cut out pop and alcohol! I didn't do any specific exercises for it, but I guess the combination worked :)

    And I was in the Army. Active Duty. Miss it every day, but glad to be back in school for a while!

    I'm sure that was hard posting those pictures up but thank you, because its very inspirational! I've been working my butt off and feel like i'm not making progress but seeing other people in the same boat as me who are succeeding is SO awesome. Good for you.

    Thankyou for posting this!! You just gave me sooo much more motivation!! I am just like you 5'8 and i was at 164 but i am down to 159 now and my body is built just like yours!! Seeing your pics just let me see what I will look like hopefully soon!! I would like to be about 140 and tone it up. and you look great!!
