well not a good wi...i am up 1.4! Not sure what i did to cause that...sometimes your body just plays mean tricks on you! But I still had a NSV this week in that I was able to wear a pantsuit that i have not worn in 5 or more years...so I am celebrating that success and not letting the gain get me down. But NONE of your coconut cake for me today Momma...

Hey Gemfrire and Caliecat-
Well I don't know if I mentioned it before, but I was in Vegas over the weekend for a wedding. I had a blast and really didn't worry too much about what I was eating. We were drinking more than anything. Then on Sunday we arrived back in San Diego around noon and jetted up North to Rancho Cucamonga (don't know if you're familiar with Southern California) to visit my boyfriend's family for Easter. So that is my long and drawn out explanation for why I wasn't available on Saturday. Here's my numbers:
LW: 123
CW: 124.4
Up 1.4 lbs and over all up 1.6 lbs from 2 weeks ago. I think I still have a chance of reaching my goal of 115. We have a month left and that could mean up 8 lbs lost putting me at 116, but at minimum on May 15th I would like to be 120, a 4 lb weight loss.

Riveraphx - well it certainly sounds like you were jet setting this past weekend! And a good time like that is totally worth a small gain. I am sure you will make it...we can do it!
I slipped on Saturday myself and enjoyed an early Easter celebration with my family at my sister's new house. So I am totally on track this week!

Here I am!
I had to work all day yesterday and had to be in early so I didnt get to go to WW and wi. But based on my home scale I gained again.
I have hit that place where i cannot face another salad! I have been at this weight once before and I never got past it. but I am not giving up. Just have to find some other ways to stay on program and to enjoy what I am eating again. I think my body is just holding on to this ugly fat...It will not win!
Great loss Momma...12 lbs is the best you have done in some time. Those hourly "feedings" are working for you. Im proud of you.
Felicia...congrats on your loss so far! You are doing really good and you lost what you gained on your trip! Isnt success wonderful!

Good morning Samdag, Where did popcorn get her name, she must like popcorn. and she is so cute hiding under the leaves. So nice to have you join us. The other two just post on weekend.. Me I like to chat
the more I chat the more I learn .
Plan on having a good clean eating day. . I eat 100 calories every waking hour till i hit 1300 calories. I never get hunry. For lunch and supper I have 2oz. of lean meat or 1 wedge of laughtin cow, light. And two good servings of veggies.. The rest of the meals are Hummus, fruit, yogurt.. Every mini meal consist of a protein and carbs to total 100 calories. Working out pretty well for me.

When we got popcorn she is brown and white with a black streak down her back. reminded me DH of a burnt piece of popcorn. She loves to sleep under the blanket with me
Not having a good morning so far my hubby has pissed me off already today. I want to go find a piece of cake and say screw it for today.
Men can be such a pain in the *kitten*. I know he is just teasing me but after hearing something so many times it is not funny anymore.
Hopefully I will not totally screrw up my day with one bad choice just because he is an idiot.0 -

Nice of you to join us. There's just three of us here, but it always great to have another. How is your weight loss journey going? Just remember you can't always control what decisions other people make, but you can always control yours. Back away from the cake...slowly. Whenever I have a craving for something like cake, I always remind myself that it's not like I've never had it before and that it's not as good as I think. I believe in you. Stick with your guns and you will reach your goals and some...

I did not give in to the cake temptation yesterday. I don't want to lose what little progress I have made so far. I have been on a plateau for almost a month now, but I am starting to mix up my workout and I am hoping this will help me meet my goal for the 15th.0

smadag---Good for you on passing up the cake. I went to the store yesterday and miss one of my meals so I stopped in at Sonic and got a small ice cream cone. Look up the calories and I spent 180 calories for that little old cone waan't worth it. that and had to skip another mini meal. for ist.

sorry I have not been online much...but it has just got crazy at work and I just dont have time or energy to get online when i finally make it home. And now I have a sore throat..hoping it is not strep! Oh my...enough of that whining!
I lost 1.6 at WW wi this morning. That is good...at least I lost what I gained two weeks ago + .2. I will take it. But I still am hoping to break that 200 mark by the time we leave for Alaska on 5/21. 6.2 lbs to go...!
Don't give up Momma (CalieCat)...you have done so well and you encourage everyone else here on MFP...you are awesome!

great to hear from you today. I don't really think it matters if anyone finds us, its just the three of us now. Do you remember that song Just the two of us? Well I'm changing the lyrics to the following "Just the three of us, we can make it if we try, just the three of us". Ok, enough of me being a cheeseball. I had a two pound loss this week, yippee! I'm very happy. Gemfrire I am confident that you will reach your goal, but no matter what I am sure you will look beautiful. Caliecat- you're doing great also.0 -

Well gemfrire, Its been a month on this diet and gained 2 lbs. time for a change. so It will be South Beach Diet Got my menu all work out for tomorrow it will be:
Breakfast---
!/2 egg beaters
6 oz of tomatoes juice
Snack---string cheese
Lunch---- grilled chicken.
chopped salad with vinegar
S. F. jello
snack---cucumbers and light laughing cow
Supper----grilled salmon
green beans. chopped salad.
Snack---yogurt
Will see how it work with my insulin.
