I really like this idea. I am also the same way--I would tell myself that my diet will start Monday, and Monday comes, and I say, well, I guess it will start next Monday since I am going out with my husband for out date night (or whatever it was at that time).....And I never did start eating right and putting myself first! This is a great way to look at the day! I always think to myself, tomorrow starts another day, and my calorie counter starts all over again! :-) Make time for YOU!!!!!!! Keep it up!0

I remember well the Mondays, the first day of the new month, the after the Holidays, Birthdays, and on and on I went. Something changed for me some years back and now if I stumble I get right back up, much more quickly than I ever did in the past. It used to take me month, weeks, years to get back on the path, now it can take me a meal or a day or maybe two to get that sugar/simple carb craving outta my system and then I feel strong again.
