anyone looking to lose 20 pds or less

I feel bad posting on here when so many people have much more to lose and I'm sure would love to weigh in the 140 range but I'm pretty tall and have a thin build so 125-130 is what suits me. Anyone else?

Me too! I'm 5'9 and currently 148. Trying to lose 10-15 as my ultimate goal. It's SO hard when you don't have a ton of weight to drop.0

i'm 5.2 and currently 133. i started at 140 and my goal is 15 lbs. so half way there but it's been 4 months. i have 4.5 weeks till i hit my goal time, not sure if i will make it.0

Yes, I'm 5'4" and I currently weigh 128 lbs. I'm looking to lose 18 lbs, but it's so hard when you're already in a normal BMI. The weight comes off so slowly. Hopefully when I start adding in weights at the gym, it'll pick up a bit!0

In the same boat, not sure if I have much more to lose now but mostly trying to tone up . I started at around 140 and I'm 5'6'0

I'm 5'4" and started at 137 (currently 124) and I would like to get to 120 if possible. The first 10 pounds were pretty easy (took me 11 weeks) but these last few are really being difficult.0

Now I am. I've already lost 111 pounds but I've been stuck on a plateau forever and I'm in the home stretch with 10 to 15 pounds to go to reach goal.
I fully understand now when people say the last 10 pounds are the hardest.0 -

Right now I weigh about 143-147, I haven't weighed myself. But I wanna weigh about 125 as well. I carry my weight really well, so it doesn't look like I weigh almost 150, most people say I look like I weigh 130 at the most. Soo since, I hear that all the time, I would like to actually see it on the scale LOL...
I mainly wanna tone up and hopefully see the numbers change on the scale.0 -

I'm 5'6'' started at 160, currently at 150 and looking to drop to at least 140 if not 130 though that may change as I hope to gain some lean mass. The first 10 lbs were easy, now the real work starts, ugh.0

Me! I'm 5'9", and I currently weigh 136 lbs. I've been down as low as 131-132, and that's a pretty good weight for me. Any lower than that and I look a little TOO thin....I'm essentially trying to get back to 132, and then maintain and tone up....0

I started in late December at 143, and am currently 131 (been there for over a week, going nuts!!!). My final goal is between 120 and 125...and I'm hoping to get there by summer! The last 10 are absolutely miserable to come off...0

I'm looking to lose about 10lbs or so, at the most. Honestly, wouldn't care if I lost any if it was muscle keeping the lbs high. I started at 188 and probably shouldn't be any lighter than 175.
I'm kind of trying to go from being a bit chubby to 10% or less body fat percentage. At 182 now. i know what you mean about lots of people looking to lose a lot more, but in the end it's all the same techniques and struggles and efforts.0 -
