If You gain weight on the 30 day Shred is because your gaining muscle not fat. I love the 30 Day Shred. Stick with it and you will not be dissapointed0

I just started the 30DS last night as well and would love to join. I am new to this site though so I don't actually know how to navigate. Would love to find some support though. I took my before pics and measurements. Can't wait to see the end results!!!

Just finished day 2. It totally kicks my butt! My legs were so sore today. It felt great! Can't wait to see results. I've been doing Zumba too. I think kicking up my exercise should kick up my weight loss! Let's do this!0

Finished Day 3! I can tell I have more endurance and I'm not nearly as wobbly the day after! I'm still sore, which is a great feeling. I know I've done something right! Can't wait to see physical results! Good luck everyone!0

You can purchase it on Amazon.com as an Amazon video and watch it on your computer (if that works for you).

I am doing TDS, I move into cycle 2 tomorrow and I did in fact lose albs during the first cycle!! Stay motivated!! It will kick your butt so good!!0
