    I got up 6 times last night and was p*ssed.. I ended up staying up at 5am since it was pointless to go back to bed.
    Learning to get the majority of my water in early on then taper off towards the evening. RIDICULOUS!

    I rarely wake up-usually once before bed and then when I get up
