Pain from Cesarean?

    My last c-section (of 3) was 11 1/2 yrs ago and I'm still numb on the incision site. And I have to hold the right side if I sneeze or cough while straight...i.e., laying down, standing up...otherwise I have to bend my right leg so there's no pain.

    I think it's normal... mine hurt for a long time... and my son is 19 months and every now and then I'll get a pulling pain. What I find to be more annoying is my lower back where they gave me my epidural... I can't even do crunches on a hard surface without it killing me :-( Anyone else have that?
