I am anxious to try this - seriously love pasta and don't want to only have 1/2 cup to taste so this would take the place and as you stated, it is good for us. Gotta love that!

Okay, I put in my own recipe, and 8 servings is *352* calories for a serving, NOT 206. Though, I did use an extra 1/2 cup of cheese and I used really good bacon from the butcher shop. Otherwise, stuck to the recipe. However, I don't think that makes up the extra 150 calories per serving. Are you sure 206 isn't for if you have more than 8 servings? I am still VERY excited about the recipe - just wanted to make sure that if anyone is making this, to put in all your ingredients into the recipe builder.

    Quinoa - 2 cups dry 1,248
    Broth - 3 cups 60
    Bacon - 4 slices 280
    Cheese - 2 cups 880
    Skim Milk - 1 cup 90
    Eggs - 2 140
    Spinach - 4 cups 120

    2818 / 8 = 352

I adjusted the bejesus out of this recipe to reflect what I had on hand and work with my main course, but holy moly what a great idea/inspiration!

I used shallot/mushrooms/spinach/asparagus for my veggie component and light Swiss with a tiny bit of Brie for cheese. Added a pinch of nutmeg and voila!

Thanks so much- this will finitely become part of my normal rotation.
