I do 40-60 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, and lift about 3 out of 5 of those days. I eat extremely healthy and I make sure a lot of my foods are not high in sodium and sugar. I eat mostly proteins, vegetables, fruits, and whole grains/carbs.

My body has wanted to stay at 155, and I can't seem to push beyond that...
I also drink a lot of water. Is it because I keep gaining muscle? Cause it went down to 157, then 156, and once I get to 155 I hope to god I get to 154 but I never do....

What's going on? :(

Track your measurements more than your weight at this point....

and how much are you eating to fuel those workouts?

    I see you just joined.

I suggest that to start, you set your calories for maintenance and just get used to logging everything. Get a food scale, cup measures, teaspoons. Use the smart phone app so you log things at the time you decide to eat them. Set your activity as "sedentary" and log all your exercise as you do it. Get a feel for whether the calories you have chosen for maintenance really are keeping you at 157. Once you're in the swing of it, then set your calories for weight loss.

You aren't that heavy. You are eating only a few calories more than necessary to lose. That means that without precise measurements, you can't possibly eat the right amount to lose. You'll either eat too much, or you'll overshoot, get hungry, and make it up another day. The good news is that you won't have to feel deprived to lose weight; the bad news is that you can't guestimate it without measuring.
