How do you eat healthy when others in your house don't?

This post hits home with me. I have 2 daughters and a husband who are if anything underweight and eat everything. I started buying low calorie alternatives to their favorites - fibre one brownies for example. Next thing you know they are eatting my alternatives, instead of the high cal high sugar food. Keep alternatives for yourself always. I've been phasing out the "bad" food for my husband - the kids are easy (they have no choice I'm a mean momma).0
