    I started wogging today! (walk/jog). 2 years ago I was running 5Ks for fun. The last 2 years I've been injured off and on and various injuries. I miss the racing and am trying to get back to it!
    I had a 2 yr break from racing for other reasons. I ran 1 5k this yr and have signed up for a 10k and 2 half marathons. welcome back to running and racing.

    I'm gonna try have a big protein filled breakfast so I don't have a really fat filled brunch to curb my hunger.

    Working the treadmill this week, going to do intervals of fast walking and jog/run, so excited, going to give it a go.

    I'm going to eat healthier this week. The past few weeks have been filled with CRAP! Sweetie treaties &salty foods. Bad, bad, bad. Going to hit the fruit and veg a bit harder this week :)
