How in the heck do you do all the equations for the percentage rules? I see tons of posts about 40/40/20 or 40/40/30 or even 50/30/20/.....how do you go about formulating the equations on this? and Which one do you find that best work? Can you please use examples like foods like hamburger or a taco?
