So look at it this way. You did something you wanted to do. You enjoyed it. You haven't lost sight of your goal, maybe just took a detour. You still know your destination. You know that is where you want to be, so just do the course correction and carry on.
You are not a "bad" person for eating at Burger King for the first time since November, so let yourself fall into the trap of --"all is lost, I can never recover." Every day is a new day.
BTW regarding veggie burgers, if you live in my area, there is this WONDERFUL Northwest -based chain called "BurgerVille"They have been doing the veggie burger forever. They also have other things that I have to pass on, but everythig they do, they do very well. And they have salads.
