    Sweet :) I did 30 ds and my results are on my profile. I do not know how to post pic's. Now I am doing Butt Bible workout and the weight is just melting of :) You can get all the Butt bible workouts on you-tube and level 1 &3 of 30 ds :) I am so proud of you :)
