I find that I can expel all the bad stuff through normal bowel movements. Don't see the need for enemas for normal healthy individuals who have functioning digestive systems.0 -

OP, Sorry to lock your topic but I think the replies given have covered most points. If you are concerned about your bowel habits I would suggest speaking to your Dr but there is no evidence to suggest that colonics can help in weight loss on more than a very temporary basis.0
