    not at all, but I believe in enemas as a tool to stay healthy.

    I find that I can expel all the bad stuff through normal bowel movements. Don't see the need for enemas for normal healthy individuals who have functioning digestive systems.

    OP, Sorry to lock your topic but I think the replies given have covered most points. If you are concerned about your bowel habits I would suggest speaking to your Dr but there is no evidence to suggest that colonics can help in weight loss on more than a very temporary basis.
