    I think if someone has not done any form of exersizing in an extremely long time, then Curves might by a good way to get started. The problem is that you have to sign up for a year and you will probably improve beyond what they offer before then. Plus I agree. It gets very boring!

    As far as costs, you can do either... whatever works for you. I think the month to month option is a little more expensive though
