Thank you for showing all of us what is possible and staying fit and healthy together is the best love of all. When I saw your pictures just now, I had tears in my eyes of your transformation not only for your physical health but for the overall well being of a happy life together for your entire family.

To see pictures of the two of you enjoying outdoor time with your kids is such testament to your success in life. What a priviledge to see these pictures. Thanks for sharing it with all of us.
