who has pets!!

I have a beautiful Bichon named Cosmo, he is 14, hes a diabetic, hes slowly loosing his hearing & sight. Now the past 2 weeks have been rough for both of us, he woke up last thursday night totally out of it. He stood in the kitchen then started walking in circles swinging his head around he couldn't see or hear me. I picked him up & he was shaking & when he realized it was me he wrapped his head around my neck & stopped shaking. The next day he seemed ok just that hes following me around house. Yesterday he stopped following me & wants nothing to do with me. I went to pick him up & he snaped at me. So i cried. One yr ago the vet told me that Cosmo would not make the yr. He has but I guess thats all. Hes very sick now. I dont want him to die. My hearts breaking, he's my little guy. : (
