I can't sleep if I have that gnawing hungry feeling. I always have a snack before bed. Just make sure you save some calories, and you're good to go.0

i didnt mean that she should literally eat 1200 calories everyday immediately before going to sleep. But if that would happen once in a while i dont think she would implode or anything.
why not? if she meets her nutritional goals doing so and maintains the caloric level she needs for her goals, why should she not eat 1,200 calories everyday immediately before going to sleep?
This post was in response to a negative reply posted by BlackRangerX, that they went back and deleted after i had posted this one.
I personally dont think it matters at all when you eat. refer to my first post on this thread.0 -
I know its not good to eat before bed but I always do...at least a cup of milk....I want too feel full before going to bed...I feel like I sleep better...what can I do to stop needing to feel this way???
This is interesting. I always like to feel hungry before I go to bed. Even better if my stomach is growling. I "feel" like I will wake up slimmer, lol0 -
When you eat doesn't really matter. Right before bed I eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a casein shake. I feel full, satisfied and the binge habit seems to have disappeared with this. If it makes you feel good then do it.0
