I took it... but was slightly confused that there wasn't a choice under Ethnicity for Black people....

Aren't there any black people in Australia?

I'm doing it, but I don't exactly know how I should answer for the first few about eating habits, as I only started mfp 3 weeks ago. Before that I would have had different answers to how I do it now; but being only 3 weeks in, who's to say when my cravings for food will start to kick back in?

so how do you want me to answer it? For how I am eating right this instant? Or what I was like 3 weeks ago...

Also, just as a note on the: I am always hungry so it is hard for me to stop eating before I finish the food on my plate Question, I only struggle to stop eating because I am enjoying the flavour so much. So I have put Definately false to this one.

Finished it. The only other note I would make is probably to know what job the woman is doing. I am in my final year at uni, so on the emotional side, I'm very scewed up regularly. Especially with how big my workload is. It may be helpful if you know whether the person is employed/student/house mum or whatever.

My daughter is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in Eating Disorders and I understand how difficult it is to access data.

I wish you every success with your research and have posted this on my Facebook page so that my friends can contribute.

Hi Marianne, so sorry about that. When i first started the study, I was only going to be recruiting from Australia. But yes, we do have black people in Aus. They are our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. I did have an "other" category for ethnicities that fall outside of the ones listed.

But i do appreciate your valuable feedback as it will help me to ensure that i take into consideration the fact that i may advertise internationally for participants in future studies. So thank you again. I apologise if you felt offended in any way. I promise that it was not intentional. All the best!

Hi there, sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I have just gone to bed and realised that I did not sign off here so thought i had better get back up and post.

However you have decided to answer is fine but if i had have read your post in time, I would have said answer for your usual eating patterns.

Thank you so much for your participation and for your suggestions. Unfortunately, I cannot make changes to the survey as it has already been activated but i have taken your feedback into consideration for future studies and i do agree with you. Thanks again.

Oh and one more thing! A few people have forgotten to indicate whether their weight is in pounds or kilos. Please, let me know which one you are using as 120 pounds is very different to 120kg and i cant check back with you because of anonymity. Thanks again guys.
