Oh you will love it...My favorite disk is Fire 45EZ and Fire 45...and far as the HIIT disk I love HIIT15....I love the whole program but those are my favs

Its called Just Stand Up and its by Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Fergie, Mary J Blidge, and so many other people...But if you Youtube or Google the song just put in JUST STAND UP and it should list a few of those artist.....
