what's the ~first~ thing you look at ....

Depends on what you're wearing.
If boobs are out, boobs, if there's a short skirt present, legs, tight yoga pants? Butt.
Otherwise, if you're all covered up it'll be a mix of parts of the face. Hair, eyes, lips, etc.
I'm not very picky, and easily distracted. Like a skunk.0 -
I start at the bottom and look up and take it all in.0

true ... i guess it does depend on what you can see. but the first thing once i decide someone is attractive with just a glance ... the first thing I NOTICE is his shoes.0

High five to you for being inclusive of alternate preferences! I tend to notice a person's smile first. Cliche, I know, but I promise it's true.0

The first thing I notice on anyone is their smile/teeth.0

First thing I notice on men is their height; I try to be covert but I always find my eyes wandering to the crotch -- it happens without fail.
On women, their neck and lovely jubblies.0 -
Eyes, shoes then hands in that order.0

Meh, I'll admit I'm a bit shallow sometimes. I like a nice butt on a guy. Not too flat, not too wide, just a bit rounded.
Same with chics, but I also appreciate a nice rack.
And good teeth.0 -
Teeth. Then eyes, then hands. Must have clean nails gentlemen!!!!0

In all honesty, on a man it's shoulders, ring finger, crotch. No clue.
Women, depends on what they have on display.0 -
Technically HAIR - if he's blonde, I probably won't look any further. I'm terribly shallow like that, I know. Otherwise...
From the back - BUTT! I love men with butts
From the front - SHOULDERS.0 -

On women....their hair, their style, whether they look happy (smiling, laughing, etc.), chest of course, if you can see it then their stomach. MY GOD I LOVE STOMACHS!
On men...mouth/teeth, eyes, v-line, arms
Both....hair must look clean and if they have tattoos it is ALWAYS a plus!
