    I have plenty of meals. But basically it is just 2 ingredients that I wish had zero fat/carbs/calories and I would be able to eat so much more in a day without going over any limits.

    CHEESE AND BREAD
    and peanut butter
    ....and anything with chocolate....

    Agreed! for me its cheese and rice. I could eat bth daily and never get bored! lol :)

    Domino's pizza with both kinds of Italian sausage, pour-over cheddar popcorn, french fries and this amazing hamburger vegetable soup my stepmom makes, and her broccoli, rice, and cheese casserole. And my dad's buttermilk biscuits which aren't actually terrible for you but loaded with sodium.

    Pizza hands down. Taco Bell is a close 2nd. Alcohol rounds out the top 3 . Three things that I sadly miss, however it does get easier, the cravings have pretty much subsided.
