    T/T/Sat Kickboxing class 1 hour

Thursday and/or Saturday: Weights for an hour

The rest of the week: walk the dog, keep the house together, rest.

In summer I tend to get out and run a bit, but I have two jobs and just can't really swing much more than 3 hours of dedicated time a week.

I work out from home, with kids a husband and a dog underfoot. I don't really have weekly workout routine though. I just do whatever works for me that day. Some days I push the baby in the stroller around the courtyard while my oldest plays, some days I do one of my Richard Simmons videos, and some days I do something off the On Demand menu. I'm always changing it up so I don't get bored.

Spin or cycle: At least 60 miles per week to keep up with my year long mileage goal.

Running or run/walk: Aiming for 3x per week. Sorta, kinda, maybe training for a half.

Strength training: Upper body and core work 2-3x a week.

Yoga: 1 or 2 times a week, mostly to help stretch out my legs from all the spinning.

Running 2x per week then doing jillian Michael's 30 day shred or Barrys bootcamp the other 5 days. I don't have a "rest day" so to speak I will just listen to my body and take a day off when I feel I need to.
