That sounds really yummy. I just wish I wasn't so lazy as to not use my crock pot, even though the crock pot itself was pretty much invented for lazy cookers. Just toss it in, wait, eat and enjoy. Can't get any easier for good home cooking than that right? But yet I'm just too lazy to deal with it all. Haha0

I la la LOVE buffalo chicken anything. However - be warned Franks Red Hot has a STAGGERING amount of sodium. I've spent more time than I care to admit scouring every shelf in every supermarket attempting to find a "hot sauce" that tastes good AND is low in sodium. So far - nada. Anyone already figure out this balancing act?0

How many calories are just in the buffalo chicken?
I think 4 oz of boneless skinless chicken breast is 110 calories? and I do not believe there is any or very minimal in the buffalo sauce, someone correct me if I am wrong0 -

I seriously can't remember if I got this recipe on here or somewhere else, but I made it and it was damn good so I thought I would share. If it was on here and you want the credit, come on in and holla!
Shredded Buffalo (sauce) Chicken in the crock pot
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 bottle of Franks Buffalo Sauce
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Powder
2 Tablespoons Butter
Throw the (frozen or thawed) chicken breast in the crock pot, top with 3/4 bottle of franks buffalo wing sauce, add packet of ranch powder. Cook on low for 6 hours. After 6 hours, shred chicken with two forks, add butter, stir, cover and cook for another hour to let the chicken soak up the sauce.
Serve however the hell you would like! In a hoagie, on top of salad, in your eggs, as a taco...the sky is the limit people!
I served ours (because I had a lot of calories left to eat today) on a hoagie, with some shredded mozzarella and spinach! It was nom!
for those of us who buy Frank's in the convenient 12oz or 23oz bottles (hey, it keeps) - is that 3/4 of the 5oz bottle, so about 1/2 cup?0 -
I just made this over the weekend (found it on Pinterest). Great recipe!!!!0
