I love this recipe! I think it came from allrecipes.com

We use the leftover chicken to make buffalo chicken pizza the next day :)

The sodium in this one is high, but it's really good!

I never add butter when I make mine, I don't really think it's necessary. But it's so good and versatile! Like someone else mentioned it's good on pizza, too...I'll add black beans and use shredded cheddar instead of mozzarella.

Allrecipes! That's exactly where I got it from!

And yeah, I'll probably leave the butter out next time but this time with my calculations it is 150 cals per chicken breast (this includes ranch, sauce, butter). The hoagie is 190 cals. The cheese 90 cals. The spinach is like 3 cals maybe. My sandwich (only because I had the extra cals to eat today) turned out to be about 443 cals (calculating in my head so if I'm off don't shoot me lol)

That sounds really yummy. I just wish I wasn't so lazy as to not use my crock pot, even though the crock pot itself was pretty much invented for lazy cookers. Just toss it in, wait, eat and enjoy. Can't get any easier for good home cooking than that right? But yet I'm just too lazy to deal with it all. Haha

I la la LOVE buffalo chicken anything. However - be warned Franks Red Hot has a STAGGERING amount of sodium. I've spent more time than I care to admit scouring every shelf in every supermarket attempting to find a "hot sauce" that tastes good AND is low in sodium. So far - nada. Anyone already figure out this balancing act?

How many calories are just in the buffalo chicken?

I think 4 oz of boneless skinless chicken breast is 110 calories? and I do not believe there is any or very minimal in the buffalo sauce, someone correct me if I am wrong
