Here are the challenges:

March 1- 50 jumping jacks

The next person who comments, put March 2 and the goal you are setting.

    Eat the rainbow, eat foods of different colours of the rainbow or any colour for that fact and report back to what foods you have eaten ! (Fruit & Veg)

    Either in your work place as and when you can and even get a few more times in at home just run up and down for fun lol ;)

  • Lol... Aww thanks for caring.. But I'm fine, really Hee Hee I havn't exercised properly in years!! I'm only on MFP about a month... Ahem, I use, what I deem, Humor, a lot... Lol I'm looking forward to it really. =D
