    Ok, now I'm officially regretting going for this (scared!!)... Lol... I'm also confused =D ( not difficult!) I have up to March 3rd in, then it seems to get out of control!! :sad:

    Lol... It's easier to you tube a Burpee than explain it.... =D

    Lol... Aww thanks for caring.. But I'm fine, really Hee Hee I havn't exercised properly in years!! I'm only on MFP about a month... Ahem, I use, what I deem, Humor, a lot... Lol I'm looking forward to it really. =D
