    I just made this "lighter sesame chicken" the other night. The chickens flavor is AMAZING. So sweet and tender.

    I got the recipe here: http://www.alidaskitchen.com/2012/02/lighter-sesame-chicken.html and made personal alterations. But stuck to the sauce and chicken from the recipe. It's wonderful :)

    WOw....this is added to my must try list!

    I may not have recipe but the cafeteria did ginger beef the friday before christmas and it was amazing and done so different from tradition chinese and restaurant chinese cooking.

    They also used mexican rice instead of jasmine (it's a thicker grain of rice) to make the fried rice and used only egg and vegetables and was boiled without salt or oil/butter. But they did have to use low soduim soy sauce when making it.

    They also panko breaded the flank beef strips instead of using the usual battered approach and baked it in the oven. Their sauce was store bought but I don't know which brand (usually they buy the cheap no name brand).

    It was SOOO good and much better health wise than eating it in a restaurant or having it traditionally prepared. If you manage to find a recipe like this please let me know! I need it for my recipe box :)
