What I Can't Understand....

i get wot u say i have days i could so easily hit or go over my targets and days im left with a few hundred...the reason is everyday is different. u feel diff, u act diff, u may get up l8 n r lagging behind...u no wot i mean, i became overweight and i did nutrition!! but i got here through ill health, medication and complacency.
i sometimes struggle as my husband trains everyday and has trouble keeping weight on to bulk up, he used to be a power lifter, and when ur doing meals that r at odds it can b hard. but...through this site and my knowledge we work through it. he's on here too, but to put it on...the bugger!! lol
it is very true that if we dont eat, our bodies go into a panic and hold onto every bit it can. its a natural defence.
i knew i over ate but at the same time ate hardly anything!!! how?! because of what i ate... i am joey (friends) lol and my favourite food is sandwiches, carbs r the enemy!!! and i had mine n everyone elses share!! so this helps me watch wot i do, i look i no, i can plan its brilliant. so i no ur venting but remember that negatives r often y people ended up here in the first place. lets b positive, its wot were all here for. =D0 -
WELL U COULD LOOK AT THIS WAY IF WAS EASY WE WOULD ALL BE SKINNY
