I seem to have plateued as I have begun. Go figure.0 -
im not too happy i only lost 1 pound and i have been working really hard this whole week ,, i mean really hard!! i guess we will see what happends next week hoping for alittle more results something is something i guess,, happy for everyone else tho congratulations!!!:drinker: :drinker: :drinker:0

I hate it when I stay the same! I have slacked a little on workouts, though and only did 4 last week instead of 6. So I am going to go back to 6, plus add 5 minutes per day. I don't want to be at the same weight next week!0 -
I am up from last week but it is my own fault.

Hi guys. I'm glad we're so far into this and still have so many of us checking in!
Start weight: 210
Weight last week: 203
Weight this week: 201.5
Down another 1.5 pounds! I've never lost this consistantly for so many weeks in a row. I know it's the journaling. As resistant as I was to write down every thing I eat, keeping a running calorie tally has done wonders for me. I don't even feel like I've changed what I eat that much, but I know I have. I guess I just stopped doing all of the mindless eating and I was doing enough of that to practically feed a second me.
