I had a bunch of workout videos in my instant queue & they're ALL GONE! I searched just now & can't find any at all on Netflix! If you find one, please let me know the title so I can add it. Thanks!

They just took them all off as of 8/01/2012

Try YouTube. They have a ton. 30 day shred is on there.

UPDATE 1 - Netflix is no longer streaming workout videos (August 1, 2012)

UPDATE 2 - Exercise TV went out of business in last year .... videos can be found at Hulu.com

Hulu.com DOES have a health & wellness channel with workouts. "Brands" include Gaiam, The Firm, Zone, Exercise TV, Elle)

If you have a Roku box, there are a couple of workout channels that are free. I've added them but haven't tried them yet.

I dont know how long they stay in the Netflix system but I have had some in mine for a few months.
