I'm 5'11" with a small frame. I think my wrists are deceiving! I weigh 146 and wear a size 4 (27 waist, 37 hip). I was called "big" by a date recently. Worst. Word. Ever.
The number on the scale doesn't freak me out at all. I'd like to lower my body fat percentage from 20 to 18. Maybe then my chest would shrink a little. UGH! I would love to be a C cup!0 -
I'm a 27 year-old, 5'11", female.
I have dropped 24 lbs to date. 166 to currently 142 lbs. (yay baby weight gone!! )
I find that BMI for 'tall girls' is soooo deceiving.
I feel great, and think that I will change my setting to 'maintain weight' once I hit 140.

I'm 5' 9 1/2" and about 140. I'm down to working on my last 5 pounds, with a goal of 135. In my pre-hypothyroid days my average weight was around 128-130 (I don't ever expect to see that again!).0

5'9" 171.6 as of this am and I am thinking my goal weight will be 145 lbs, although last summer I got down to 158 and felt pretty good. I am aiming for 145 to 150, I think I will know when I get there!!0

6'0" 283 lbs. I know it says 5'11" but I am pretty close Goal is 180, but I may go as low as 170, just depending how I look and feel once I get to 1800

I'm 5'9". My starting weight was 180. I aiming to be around 140, but I will stop when I feel good about my image. Right now I'm dividing my total goal and sticking with 20lbs at a time, so I'm focusing on getting to 160. Right now im at 174.6.0

I'm 5'11 3/4 (Usually just say 6 foot), currently I am 180lbs down from 200lbs, down from my highest of 230lbs. My goal is 170lbs. I still cannot fathom you other tall ladies and your goals of 150 or less! I would be a skeleton at that weight! I've definitely got a large frame. I can count my ribs and my rib cage is still 36" and my wrist is just shy of 7".0

5'10 - floating between 180-185 most weeks. Dream goal of 150...realistic goal of 165 (was told I was "too small" at 164 two summers ago, and I think I agree). I started at 232.0

I think it has alot today with structure size. My wrist is 5 1/4" around so I think I am small. I have been 145 and still was a little soft. My mother is 6' and her comfortable weight is around 135 and she has a smaller bone structure than I do.0

5'9.5 (just a guess, it's 176.5 cm but I hope thats correct!) and I weigh 127lbs and my goal is 117 (my "before-I-gained-weight" weight). This seems to be very low but I am only 16 years old and have been super skinny all my life...if you read my story on my page you will understand Good luck to you all!!! x0

I am 27 5' 11" SW:315 CW:310 GW:200 I will then look at where I'm at and decide if I would like to go smaller! I carry my weight very well its distributed throughout so I make like how I look then. That is however smaller then I will have been since before Junior High.I'm 5'9" and 253 currently. I started out at 285. My current goal is to get down to 205 (the lowest of my adult life) and then get below that to 180. I have a large frame (7.5" wrist) and a large percentage of lean body mass.0

I am 5'11. My starting weight was 180. My current weight is 174. My goal weight is 165-170. I don't know if 165 is possible for me or not. I don't really have too much to lose. I would like to lose some of my stomach......I would be fine with not losing any weight as long as my stomach was flatter.....I am happy at my weight right now, but of course it would be nice to lose a little more0

I wouldn't take all of the posts to heart. It all depends on your body frame, and your body. I am 5'11 and weigh 174. The lowest I would possibly get to would be 165. I don't know if my body will even let me do that. i get to a plateau and stop losing weight. But, I dont want to be skin and bones either. I think it just depends on your body. I am happy at my weight right now, just want to tone my stomach....keep it up!!Im 5'10" and 172. Im aiming for sexy.
