3/05: 227.6 (I got really bad allergies a couple days ago and my throat has been SO SORE. To soothe it I've been downing hot tea with honey like it's no body's business. I was happy and not shocked to see such a drop in lbs after so much liquid was taken in.)
3/12: 229.8 I'm retaining a TON of water from working my muscles out. If anyone has any tips on either preventing this or curing this PLEASE message me. I'm sad to see my 4lb loss go away just because I wanted to work on my strength training.

My report on the weekly challenge:
I finally managed to find time today (Monday) to do it. I rarely exercise but when I do I like to randomly pick a DVD work out. I have got 10 min solutions DVDs, Davina's fitness DVDs and Cindy Craword's DVDs so my workout can be anything form 10 to 50 min long. So today I was lucky and randomly picked a 10 min Cindy workout BUT then went out for a 15 min extra run! Mission completed.

I have updated all of the current info in the spreadsheet. Congrats to everyone that has stuck with it this far. Let's help to encourage those that are struggling. I just did the first round of cuts for the people that had never checked back in. We are down for 178 to 129! EEKK Hopefully we don't drop too many more. Remember that if you miss more than 2 weigh ins in a row you will be cut from the challenge. We have several people that didn't check in this week. Please don't get discouraged and stick it out. It does take hard work to achieve your goals!

Our biggest loser of the week is usmcwife15 with an outstanding 5.6 pounds gone! Keep up the hard work!
Both newbeetler and unrulygurl dropped an amazing 5 pounds this week!! GREAT WORK!!
