Great job on all the losses this week that is fantastic!
This weeks challenge is to do something fun while burning your calories. Maybe something you really want to do but haven't had the guts to try like a zumba class at the gym or roller blading. Anything you want to do but have fun while doing it and of course try something new. You never know, you make absolutely love it! :happy:
I just now saw the challenge for the week and it turns out I completed it anyway. Sat. 17th I went on a 22 mile bike ride with my family down a rails to trails bike path. AWESOME!!!!0 -

3/05: 227.6 (I got really bad allergies a couple days ago and my throat has been SO SORE. To soothe it I've been downing hot tea with honey like it's no body's business. I was happy and not shocked to see such a drop in lbs after so much liquid was taken in.)
3/12: 229.8 I'm retaining a TON of water from working my muscles out. If anyone has any tips on either preventing this or curing this PLEASE message me. I'm sad to see my 4lb loss go away just because I wanted to work on my strength training.
3/19: 228.0 Not a huge loss... I'm getting sadder since the end of March is approaching and I'm no where near my goal... I am hating my body and my mind and myself.

Do NOT get down on yourself - you have gone from 231.2 to 228 since the beginning of the month. I know it feels slow, but you ARE making progress. KEEP IT UP!! I have the same issue with weight lifting. I have found that drinking lots of water throughout the day actually helps me not hold onto so much of it...give it a try and see if it works for you. Plus remember, even if the scale goes up after working with weights you're builing muscle that is only going to help you burn more calories in the end and will make you feel and look a ton better.0 -
